PaidFast

Terms of Use

Last updated 21 October 2026

These terms apply to the PaidFast app and the PaidFast pay pages, provided by Spreeze (Pty) Ltd, South Africa ("we", "us"). By using PaidFast you agree to them. If you subscribe through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies; where the two differ for an App Store purchase, Apple's EULA governs your licence to the app.

1. What PaidFast does

PaidFast helps you make and send quotes, invoices and receipts, record payments and share a pay page with your clients. PaidFast does not handle money: your clients pay you directly by EFT, PayShap, PayPal or cash, and we are not a party to those payments.

2. Your account

Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be 18 or older and use PaidFast for a business or profession.

3. Subscriptions and free trials

4. Your documents and tax

You are responsible for the content of your documents: prices, tax rates, VAT or tax numbers, and meeting the rules that apply to you (for example SARS requirements for tax invoices). PaidFast gives you tools and standard wording, not tax or legal advice.

5. Pay links

A pay link lets anyone who has it see that document and your payment details. Share it only with the client it is for. Check that the bank details on your documents are correct; we are not responsible for payments made to wrong details you entered.

6. Fair use

Don't use PaidFast for anything unlawful, to deceive anyone (such as fake invoices), to send spam, or to try to break or overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Your data

Your data is yours. You can export it at any time and delete your account in the app. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy. PaidFast sends none of your data to any AI provider.

8. The service

We work to keep PaidFast available and correct, but it is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable. Keep your own copies of important documents (Settings → Export all data). We may change or improve features; if we stop offering PaidFast we will give reasonable notice.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or payments between you and your clients, and our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under South African law.

10. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them; if a change is important we will tell you in the app before it applies. Questions: support@spreeze.co.za.
